Subsequent to serving as Magistrate and Law Clerk for the Lake County Probate Court, Russell J. Meraglio briefly served as Assistant Prosecutor for the City of Willowick, City of Willoughby Hills, and Village of Waite Hill. In 1988 he joined the law firm of Reminger & Reminger Co., L.P.A. where he concentrates his practice on Probate Administration, Probate Litigation, and Guardianships. Russ practices in most state and federal courts in Ohio, and is a frequent statewide speaker on issues of probate, probate litigation, and guardianships, including will contests, trust litigation, fiduciary law and probate and guardianship administration.
