Robert Hojnoski practices in Reminger & Reminger Co., L.P.A.'s Cincinnati, Ohio and Florence, Kentucky Offices. He serves as Managing Partner of the Florence, Kentucky office.

Bob has a diverse civil defense practice. Since joining the firm as an attorney in November of 1998, he has developed significant experience defending tort and contract actions brought in state and federal courts against property owners, retailers, restaurants and night clubs, non-profits, medical and non-medical professionals, various service providers, private and commercial motorists and transportation companies, product manufacturers, contractors and insurers. Damages in Bob's cases often include catastrophic injuries and wrongful death matters.

Bob is co-chair of the firm's general casualty insurance group. He is also a practice area leader in the firm's commercial premises liability practice group. Outside of the firm, Bob is a member of numerous state and federal bar associations and civil defense organizations. Since 2002, he has coached the national trial advocacy team at Salmon P. Chase Law School in Northern Kentucky and is an adjunct professor at the law school.

Bob has first chaired over 20 jury trials on behalf of civil defendants in state and federal courts. He has also participated in more than 100 arbitrations/mediations, handled numerous state court appeals matters and has argued before the Ohio Supreme Court.
