Since joining Reminger & Reminger Co., L.P.A. after a judicial clerkship in 1986, Nick Satullo's practice has varied considerably, but, for the past ten years, has focused in three areas: (1) Employment litigation; (2) Professional liability representation of lawyers, accountants and financial advisors; and (3) Complex commercial litigation. Nick has tried over 40 first chair jury trials including employment cases, attorney and accounting malpractice cases, shareholder and partnership disputes; Argued over 100 cases decided in the Ohio Courts of Appeals and argued 10 cases before the Ohio Supreme Court. He has been a presenter at national seminars on the subject of 'The Use of Professional Responsibility, Rules in Attorney Malpractice Litigation' and an adjunct bar exam grader for the Ohio Supreme Court. He is also a member of the firm's Executive and Management Committees.
