Kevin Foley practices in Reminger & Reminger Co., L.P.A.'s Columbus Office. He joined Reminger & Reminger after clerking with Ohio Supreme Court Justice Herbert Brown. Kevin's practice focuses on trucking liability, premises liability, general insurance and workers compensation. He is admitted to practice, and has successfully argued cases, in the United States District Court for the State of Ohio, Northern and Southern Divisions, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He frequently lectures on trucking and other insurance issues. He is a member of numerous trucking organizations and subcommittees including DRI, Columbus Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
