Since joining Reminger & Reminger Co., L.P.A. in April of 2002, Joe Borchelt has practiced in an array of specialized areas including: employment practices, intentional tort, general liability, insurance coverage, appellate, legal malpractice, professional malpractice, NASD Arbitrations, and Ohio Lemon Law. Joe has litigated in several different Ohio forums including: state courts of common pleas, nine of the twelve Ohio Appellate Districts, the Ohio Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and several arbitration forums including the National Association of Securities Dealers and the American Arbitration Association.
