Greg Metzger practices with Reminger as Of Counsel, focusing on labor and employment matters, contract disputes, licensing and regulatory issues, real estate and zoning matters, and risk management and insurance issues.

Prior to joining Reminger, Greg served as in-house counsel for two companies and also operated a successful private practice. He worked as Operations Counsel for Atria Senior Living Group, Inc. and for Res-Care, Inc., both national companies with operations in more than 28 states. In this capacity, he handled a variety of legal matters but focused heavily on labor and employment issues.

He has experience before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and before state and local EEO administrative agencies. He also created and implemented corporate Human Resource Policies and Procedures and training programs for Res-Care and Atria.
