The majority of Franklin C. Malemud's practice focuses upon the firm's unique probate court and trust litigation group which deals primarily with litigation involving wills, trusts, guardianship, conservatorship, powers of attorney, and living wills. Adam Fried will be speaking to area lawyers on the issue of probate litigation on September 16 and 17 for the Oddities and Challenges of Probate Law Seminar put on by the National Business Institute in both Cleveland and Akron, Ohio.
