Dave Ross is a chairperson/leader of multiple litigation practice groups at Reminger & Reminger Co., L.P.A. He is widely recognized for his expertise in mass tort litigation, products liability, insurance coverage disputes, and attorney's malpractice defense. He has tried numerous cases in state and federal court. Likewise, he has successfully argued a number of significant appeals including the landmark case of Hybud v. Sphere Drake wherein the Ohio Supreme Court upheld the pollution exclusion in commercial general liability insurance policies. He has represented numerous manufacturers on a statewide and regional basis in asbestos, toxic shock syndrome, and lead paint litigation. Currently, Dave is serving as National Coordinating Counsel for one of the parties in the Multi-District Welding Rod Litigation. Dave is a member of the law firm's Management Committee with firm-wide responsibilities in marketing, attorney training and financial management.
