Chuck focuses his legal practice in the area of workers' compensation through the representation of self-insured and state funded employers in the State of Ohio. He has represented employers in more than 5,000 workers' compensation hearings in over 25 years of legal practice, as well as in hundreds of court appeals cases filed in various courts in Ohio. Chuck has also participated in dozens of jury trials involving workers' compensation appeals and general liability matters throughout northern Ohio.
