Brian P. Nally represents financial and corporate clients in all aspects of the legal system. While he primarily handles commercial, creditor and professional liability matters, he also represents major institutions in corporate and general business issues.
As a recent graduate of Case Western Reserve University Law School, Brian was a member of McGee National Civil Rights Moot Court Team. He was also a 2009 CALI award winner in Evidence and one of two 2010 graduates to receive the Sidney H. Moss award for his accomplishments in law school. Prior to attending law school, Brian gained valuable experience working in the equity research department of a major financial services company.
