Brian C. Lee centers his legal practice on a wide array of civil defense litigation. His focus is primarily on trucking and transportation related matters, professional liability (accountants, insurance agents, lawyers, and real estate professionals), general business and corporate matters, premises liability, and complex commercial litigation.

Brian has also been involved in the preparation of several legal education seminars for presentation to both legal and non-legal professionals in the areas of tort reform, the ethics in talking to lay witnesses, choosing the right expert witness, the appellate process and preserving the right to appeal, and preparing for mediation. He is a member of various professional bar associations including the Ohio State Bar Association, Cuyahoga County Bar Association, and Cleveland Bar Association.
