Adam M. Fried focuses his attention on the representation of heirs, beneficiaries, trustees, executors, and guardians in matters such as the contest of wills, trusts and financial transactions involving allegations of undue influence, fraud and incompetence. He is frequently called upon to handle disputes over the appointment and removal of fiduciaries. Adam is also a member of our Professional Liability Practice Group where he is engaged to defend attorneys in legal malpractice actions.

Adam has been designated an 'Ohio Rising Star' by Law and Politics Magazine and 'Cleveland's Finest Up and Coming Young Professional' by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. He is a frequent lecturer for groups such as Cleveland-Marshall School of Law Alumni Association, Cleveland Bar Association's Estate and Trust Section, Lake County Bar Association, National City Bank, Key Bank, Ohio State Bar Association and National Business Institute regarding topics such as:
