Adam M. Fried focuses his attention on the representation of heirs, beneficiaries, trustees, executors, and guardians in matters such as the contest of wills, trusts and financial transactions involving allegations of undue influence, fraud and incompetence. He is frequently called upon to handle disputes over the appointment and removal of fiduciaries. Adam is also a member of our Professional Liability Practice Group where he is engaged to defend attorneys in legal malpractice actions.

Adam has been designated an 'Ohio Rising Star' by Law and Politics Magazine and 'Cleveland's Finest Up and Coming Young Professional' by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.     • Russell Meraglio has been invited to speak to the Lake County Bar Association on the topic of Recent Developments in Ohio Probate Law to take place on November 10, 2008. He will also speak to approximately 200 senior citizens at the Lake County Metro Parks on the issue of Elder Abuse and the Role of Guardianships.
